Pope: history of God’s mercy is in the rosary

Pope Francis has described the rosary as “the synthesis of the history of God’s mercy”. He was speaking at a Holy Year Mass for pilgrims with a devotion to Mary. The prayer, he said, “demands that we immerse ourselves in the history of each day”.
